What time are check-in and check-out time?

The check-in is from 14.00. On the departure day rooms must be vacated by 11.00.

How can I make a reservation?

After we have checked the availability, you can reserve your stay by email, fax or phone.

Do you need a deposit to confirm the reservation?

To confirm the reservation a deposit is enough (1 or 2 nights). All we need is your credit card number, the expiration date and the authorization to withdraw.

Is there a restaurant? At what time are the meals served?

Yes, there is the Spilucchio Risto Fastfood. Breakfast is from 6.00 to 10.00, lunch (self service) is from 12.00 to 15.30, dinner from 20.00 to 24.00. In the evening the restaurant is also pizzeria.

Is breakfast included? What kind of breakfast is served?

Breakfast buffet  is always included.

Regarding the payment, can I pay the amount in full at the arrival?

Payment in advance is welcomed (cash, credit card).

How many floors are there in the Hotel?

Mezzanine, first floor, second floor.

Is there the lift? 

Yes. It can accomodate up to 6 people.

Are there facilities for people with physical diseases?

Yes, the lift can accomodate people with wheelchairs. In the rooms there aren't steps.

Do any rooms have balconies?

Superior rooms have the balcony. All the rooms have the window.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Yes, and central heated. It is free.

Can I surf  internet with my notebook?

Yes, it is free and you need a cable to connect (subject to availability).

Do you have car parking?

Yes we have a wide car parking. It is free.

Is there a playground for kids?

Yes there is.

How can I reach Amalfi, Pompei, Paestum, Capri, Sorrento?

Yes of course. You can reach these cities by car or with public transportation. At the reception you will find all the information, brochures, timetables and maps that you need.

Are there restaurant and pubs nearby?

Yes there are.

How far is the closest city?

The closest city is Salerno. It is 10 km far from the Hotel.

How far is the closest airport? How can I reach it?

Capodichino (Neaples) is 60 km far from the Hotel. We can arrange a private transfert from/to the airport.

How does it takes to reach the closest railway station? How can I reach it?

It takes 20 min. to reach the closest railway station (Salerno). We can arrange a private tranfert from/to the station or you can take the bus, whose bus stop is in front of the Hotel.

How can I reach the turistic port?

You can take the bus that stops in front of the Hotel.

How can I reach the Amalfi Coast?

The best way to reach the Amalfi Coast is the ferry boat. It is very difficult to drive the road to the Coast and there is always a lot of traffic.

How far is the beach from the Hotel? It is private or public? It is sandy or rocky?

The beach is in front of the Hotel. It is public and sandy. 

Are pets welcomed?

No

Has the Hotel a bar?

Yes, it is opened 24/24 h.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation 24 before the arrival, there is no penalty. In case of no show or late cancellation the penalty will be charged from your credit card. In case of deposit, it won't be refund.
